Unused Product Returns

 

We gladly accept returns for unused products in their original packaging within 14 days of receipt of order. You can return the products within 14 days if they are in their original packaging. In this case, you must pay the return postage costs yourself.  Customers are responsible for covering the cost of delivery. Refunds will be processed within 14 days.

 

The returned product must meet the following criteria:

 

• Unused: The product should not have been used.
• Undamaged: It should be free from any damage.
• In its original packaging: The packaging should remain intact.
• Unchanged in quantity: The quantity should match the original purchase.

Please note that the only cost borne by the consumer in connection with contract withdrawal is the direct cost of returning the goods. If the product is damaged, soiled, lacks its original packaging, or shows signs of use, the seller reserves the right to refuse the return. Once the goods are returned, if the withdrawal is justified, the trader will transfer the refund to the consumer’s TRR (Transaction Reference Number) within 14 days of receiving the withdrawal notification. The provider will refund payments received using the same means of payment as used by the consumer. The provider will withhold the refund until the returned goods have been collected.

To instill the same level of confidence in our products when you make your purchase, we present the Glowen Great Pizza Guarantee. Should you purchase a Glowen pizza oven and discover that you are unable to produce great pizza, you have a 55-day window to return it.

The Glowen Great Pizza Guarantee adheres to the following terms and conditions, here we refer to your oven as "your Glowen":

• Consult the Essential Guides and adhere to our straightforward instructions to maximize the performance of your Glowen. These honest, simple tips explain how to stretch the pizza dough, top it, launch the pizza, and maintain the temperature in your oven.
• To make a claim under this guarantee, you must:
• Notify us within 55 days from the date of delivery.
• Have been in possession of the oven for at least 30 days.
• Have made at least 10 attempts to cook GREAT pizza.
• This guarantee is valid exclusively for purchases made through glowen.si.
• To initiate a claim under this guarantee, please contact us at info@glowen.si with your order number and the date of delivery.
• This guarantee pertains solely to the pizza-making capabilities of your Glowen. Our comprehensive return policy addresses faults and other concerns, which you can review on this page.. In the event that your Glowen is indeed faulty, rest assured we will provide a replacement - courtesy of Glowen Experience Support!
• This guarantee does not infringe upon your statutory rights concerning your Glowen.
• Your Glowen must be operated in accordance with the provided Manual and Essential Guide. Failure to comply with these guidelines gives us the right to deny any request for an exchange.

In practice, should there be an issue, we will encourage you to make another attempt at using your Glowen correctly.
